Preparation for Health Screening
- Proceed to the Health Screening Centre (HSC) located at Block B, Level 2 for registration.
- Fast for at least 8 - 10 hours prior to your appointment. Only plain water is allowed.
- Seek advice from the HSC coordinator if you are on prescribed medication.
- Bring sports/running shoes and clothes if undergoing a stress test.
- Bring previous investigation results if available.
- Avoid deodorant, powder, or ointment before mammogram and bring old film or CD.
